I have been in business for 35 years purchased and sold many properties. I think Vicky is the epitome of what a realtor should be. Friendly, professional, dots all the is and crosses all the test. I am so glad I found her only wish it was years ago.

We meet Vicki at an open house by chance and while we had no plans to hire a "buyers realtor" (I have bought and sold numerous own homes without a relator prior). Vicki proved her worth ten times over. She is not pushy nor did she insist we contractually engage her services. Rather, she quietly continued to work extremely hard to find us a home we were happy with ... even though we were not clear ourselves on what we were looking for. She never gave up nor made us feel like we were impossible clients. It took us a year and Vicki was always eager to show us what was new to the market. She is unbelievably connected to the market opportunities and educated us on all the local attractions, restaurants and events in the surrounding area. When we finally found our dream home her real expertise was demonstrated. First, she helped us negotiate a great deal. Upon acceptance, Vicki quickly mobilized a team of experts to inspect the home, chimney's, septic, water, stucco, organized the title work, wrote the contract and setup escrows, fast tracked our closing as we requested. She stayed on top of all the details and was in daily contact with us. there was not a phone call or text from us was not immediately answered. We felt we were her only client in the world. As a CEO of a global corporation with many other demands on my time, she took the home buying process off my shoulders and built the trust with us to get it all done right. Her network of professionals is extensive. After we closed on property she helped find us a firm to decorate the exterior of the home for the holiday season, a cleaning service and an interior decorator. I know many realtors and I have to say without a doubt, Vicki has been the hardest working, best connected and savvy professional I've ever met. No wonder why Keller William's appointed her CEO! . If you are relocating from one of the big cities and are looking for someone you can trust to do the right thing for you and your family ... Vicki is truly amazing! I had a friend relocating after being gone over 20 years and she negotiated a great lease in a fabulous town home/condo so they could re-acquaint themselves and decide where to live. She spent an afternoon walking through Doylestown showing them around. She connected him with the country club and membership and she gave suggestions on doctors. The place she suggested was exactly what we asked for and best for permanent purchase. She negotiated the buy with the owner. I could not have asked for anything more. She was always there asking what she could do! Thank you Vicki!! for everything and more.

Almost anyone can represent you if everything goes perfectly, but if like me your deal gets hit with complications and huge changes of directions, then you need someone like Vicki. When my deal started to come undone she was there working out all the details, and while it was a stressful period, there was a sense that things would get done because a true professional was on my side. They did and everyone was satisfied when the dust settled. If your planning to sell or buy there is only one person in the Bucks area I would call "Vicki Azar Roberts". Why risk anything less?

We're very lucky that we contacted Vicki by chance when we began searching for a home in the New Hope / Lambertville area a couple years ago. At the time, we were gathering information about what types of homes were available in the area and deciding whether we were up for a major renovation project. From our first meeting, Vicki inspired confidence - she has a deep knowledge of the local real estate market and, more importantly, stuck with us and was always supportive as a couple early deals didn't work out. We were searching for a bit of a unicorn - a home with tons of character, needing work, but not so much that we'd be buried by the expense. There was a lot of back and forth with Vicki as she connected us with local contractors and advocated for us during all negotiations. It's important to have someone in your corner as you're trying to make the biggest purchase of your life - we're grateful for the guidance and often-necessary moral support! After a couple years of on-and-off searching, we finally found the perfect apartment. After making an offer, we were so nervous that we'd somehow miss out on what felt like was the perfect home for our family. Vicki expertly guided us through the contract and negotiation process and we closed in November without a hitch. Sometimes you get lucky and meet the perfect person to help you through one of the biggest moves in life - we're thankful that we met Vicki!
